Have you ever told yourself you'll put yourself out there when you feel more confident, less nervous, or finally "ready"? The truth is, when we're doing something new, meaningful, or outside our comfort zone, that magical moment of feeling completely ready may never arrive.
In this episode of What You Came Here to Create, I explore why fear is a normal part of growth and why confidence is built through taking action, rather than something you need before you begin. I talk about stepping outside your comfort zone, moving through fears around visibility and judgement, and how taking small, courageous actions can gradually build your confidence.
I'll also share some of my own experiences of navigating fear, becoming more visible, and learning that you don't need to have everything perfectly figured out before you start. Becoming confidently visible isn't about eliminating fear - it's about trusting yourself enough to take the next step despite it.
